July Prayer Requests

From Dennis & Mary Ann Barnett
• Pray for us as we get our new Fall outreach programs prepared with key churches, and volunteers committed before September.
• Pray for our monthly ‘Piano Family Outreach’ programs.
• Praise the Lord for new volunteers (Jerry and Marilyn Hagaman).
• Pray for Frank (Chinese grad.) to surrender to Christ.
• Pray for Y. post-doc student and piano parent to truly desire the Lord.
• Pray for Naw (Myanmar) as he works 50 hrs. a week and attends summer school. He’d like to study the bible with Dennis.

From Rebecca Lehmer
• Pray for the incoming freshman class, that the Christians in this class with hold tightly to their faith and that a lot of new students will get plugged in with CSF.
• Pray for our summer Bible study and events, that they will encourage, teach, and connect the students who are around this summer.
• Praise for a chance to spend a month with my mom, who is visiting from Arizona in June and July.
• Pray for a successful treatment for some health problems that I have been having this spring and summer.

From Brad Dewing
• Pray that we will meet many new students through activities and fairs this summer.
• Pray for our team of students in Romania ministering to children there.
• Pray for our team going to the Mississippi gulf coast in early August to continue helping with relief efforts there.
• Pray that we would use each day this summer wisely, for ministry, planning, and preparation for Fall semester.

June 2006 Prayer Requests

From Brad Dewing:
• That we would meet many new students at orientation fairs.
• That our Summer Together Group would touch the lives of students and help us be well prepared for Fall Semester.
• Please pray for our Romania Missions team: Lance, Kathy, Jenni, and Andrea. They will be in Romania for three weeks in June.
• Pray for a spirit of unity among the many Christian campus groups and churches serving the University—that we may love one another and show forth the love of God by the way we love one another.

From Rebecca Lehmer:
• Pray that our students will continue to seek and obey God this summer as many of them are scattered all over the US and away from their Christian support systems.
• Pray for Summer Together, our CSF Bible study that meets in June and July.
• Pray for relationships with returning students and connections with new students.
• Pray for the summer mission’s trips to Mississippi, Romania, and Ukraine.
• Pray for CSF’s financial needs to be met and our monthly support level to increase.
• Praise for my husband Jason’s graduation from the University of Minnesota with his Master’s of Software Engineering!

• Praise for our safe travels in May, our student contacts, and the ACMI Conference.
• Praise God for the faithful prayers and support of his people!
• Praise God for pastors and church members who want to help us reach more students!
• Pray for guidance as we reach more international students for Christ.
• Praise for Alick’s (Zambia) internship at Rockwell in Cedar Rapids, IA where he’ll have Christian fellowship and teaching!
• Pray as we plan a “Go West” trip in August as well as a VBS outreach to international children and their parents.
